Stirring Up a Hornets Nest - Thai Nam Prik Dip Made With Giant Wasp Larvae
Many dips are based on Philadelphia cream cheese or pureed vegetables. Not this one. This is a traditional village recipe from North Thailand near the Laos border using the plump creamy larvae of giant killer wasps.
